Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives, drive project execution, and ensure the successful delivery of complex programs aligned with strategic business goals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing large-scale projects, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project lifecycle from planning and initiation to execution, delivery, and closure.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to define project scope, goals, success criteria, and resource plans.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when needed.
• Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams, ensuring clear roles, responsibilities, and alignment.
• Ensure high standards of quality, compliance, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide regular reporting to senior leadership on project progress, KPIs, and post-project performance.
• Mentor junior project managers and support the implementation of project management best practices.

Qualifications:

Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (Master’s or PMP/PRINCE2 certification is a plus).

7+ years of project management experience, including at least 3 years managing enterprise-level projects.

Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).

Excellent leadership, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.

Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana, or equivalent).
